Avengers vs X-Men AvX #0 Review
The moment I think most of the comic book universe has been waiting for is almost here. The event that Marvel is hoping will shake the very foundation surrounding the endless debate of who would win: “Avengers or the X-Men”? But, that moment isn’t until next week, so to help tide you over until then Marvel has graciously and conveniently dropped AvX #0 on comic book shelves this week.
Avengers vs X-Men #0 is as you’ed expect it to be, a prologue to the upcoming series. It’s broken up into two parts showing each groups perspectives into the events that are to come. You start with a very busty (much more bustier than I remember) Scarlet Witch and her very talkative foe M.O.D.O.K. who really wants you to know about Scarlet’s past. I mean he really wants you to know, like an opening monologue worth, it’s quite impressive what he’s able to spout out during battle. Some more busty Avengers come to her aid and convince her to return to the Avenger’s Mansion for a very awkward encounter with Vision. This whole part was very interesting, there are a few faces I thought would be on the X-Men’s side, but as of right now, they’re with the Avengers. We shall soon see…
