Synopsis for “Murder Will Out”
A man encounters an ocean leech with the power to assume the form of his young wife. He locks what he thinks is his wife in the closet then goes out to the beach with his rifle. He sees what he takes to be the creature wearing his wife’s form and fires the rifle. He lets his “wife” out of the closet and goes down to the beach. When he examines the corpse he realizes that he has killed his wife just as the monster springs upon him.
