Description
Synopsis for “Swamp Fire”
Lo-Zar spots a plane passing over the black swamps, suspecting trouble he decides to follow after it. However along the way he is attacked by a lion and is forced to slay it, losing track of the plane in the process.
Aboard the plane are two criminals who intend to start a fire to drive the native and wild life out of the area and distract Lo-Zar while they steal diamonds from a hidden mine. They then crop dust a section of the jungle with a chemical that causes a raging fire, setting their plans into motion. Seeing the flames, Lo-Zar correctly deduces that the plane has something to do with it and that it is his immediate cause for concern. Rushing through the blazing jungle he finds the massive eagle Hako and mounts the bird. He then uses it to fly him to the plane. Climbing in through the door, Lo-Zar attacks the men on board. However during the struggle, turbulence from the plane causes Lo-Zar to jerk back and strike his head on a metal door frame, knocking the jungle hero out. The boss decides that they’ll keep Lo-Zar his prisoner and hold him for ransom to the native then kill him.
Sensing danger, Hako flies down to the jungle and rallies all the jungle animals to follow him. When the plane lands, the two criminals are attacked by the army of animals and savagely attack while Hako frees Lo-Zar from his bonds. Free, Lo-Zar knocks out the two criminals and takes him prisoner. With the fire dying down, the animals return to the jungle while Lo-Zar turns the crooks over to the authorities.
